Several legends have risen with time about the arrival of Jews in Spain. According to them, the first ones arrived in king Solomon΄s times, taking advantage of the Phoenician΄s trips, or when Nebuchadnezzar banished all the people living in Judah. But the most reliable historic data available show that the arrival of Jews in Spain, took place between the II century B.C. and the II century A.D. The first Jewish communities settled on the Mediterranean Coast and then, little by little, entered the rest of the Peninsula.

Breakfast. Departure to Medina del Campo. Historic and Artistic site where the Queen died. La Mota castle located on the hill and built in the 14th century. The Royal palace where she made her final testament and died. Overnight.

Day 4: VALLADOLID

Breakfast. Departure to Valladolid, the geographical center of Castile and Leσn. In 1.469 she was married to Ferdinand of Aragσn in the Palace de los Vivero. This was Spain΄s capital city during the 15th and 16th centuries. Overnight.

Breakfast. Departure to Madrigal de las Altas Torres. Isabella was born in 1.451 in this village in the Palace of Juan II and is currently home to the Nuestra Seρora de Gracia Royal Monastery.
